Rick has put in a lot of time and resources in education. This has been essential towards enabling him become an expert in correctional technology. He attained his Electrical Engineering undergraduate science degree from Bufallo’s State University, New York. Rick has a master’s degree in Mathematics from Brock Port’s State University of New York and also MBA in Simon School based in Rochester.
